We are NOT responsible for items that are damaged due to mishandling or normal use and wear. We need to be notified within 3 days for item broke due to shipping and within 5 days if dissatified with purchase decision!

Our items are shipped both UPS Ground and USPS depending on the items. Each page will tell you what method is used.

NOTE: All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser for returns. There is no postage charges for exchanges due to defects. All returns must be preauthorized. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise without defects. (No restocking fee on exchanges.) Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting northstar@northstarzone.com
